About the Vermont Bucks

The Vermont Bucks played it’s first season in the Spring of 2017 as Vermont’s first professional arena football team! In it’s inaugural season, the Vermont Bucks took home the Can-Am championship with a win over the Rochester Kings.

During their first season, the Bucks enjoyed their time in the community and building relationships with local businesses! The excitement around their home games and local events spread quickly throughout the State!

With new ownership, and the lack of local arena options, the Vermont Bucks have decided to join the New England Arena League in 2019 as a way to continue to grow talent and keep the Bucks franchise alive!

For the upcoming 2020 season the Vermont Bucks have joined the EIF and have secured home play in St. Albans and Rutland, VT. They are excited for the opportunity to continue to build their organization in Vermont and New England!
